Community Connect breaks down communication and technology silos between the public and private sector and encourages collaborative problem-solving to increase public safety and liveability. In this presentation, we will discuss how the program builds stronger ties between law enforcement and the neighbor hoods they serve, increasing trust and transparency.

With the increase in evidence gathered from surveillance systems, body-worn cameras and civilians can help solve crimes. However it also presents new challenges for the investigation process. Genetec Clearance is a collaborative case management system that can help speed up investigations by allowing you to securely collect, manage and share evidence from difference sources. Attendees will learn how innovative security technology can be used to easily share video between city organizations, aiding in public safety efforts and improving the overall quality of city life.
